HoCoMoJo - Howard County Council meets with Coalition for Columbia's Downtown

Members of the Howard County Council attended an open forum led by community group The Coalition for Columbia's Downtown, led by spokesperson Alan Klein, to discuss concerns with the Downtown Plan as submitted by General Growth Properties.
