Ellicott City and Columbia named one of nation's top places for families
July 12, 2010 - Money Magazine released their semiannual ranking of the top places for families in the United States, and Ellicott City and Columbia earned second place.
In this video we hear comments from Howard County Executive Ken Ulman, County Council Chairperson Courtney Watson, CEO of Howard County Economic Development Authority Richard Story, and Executive Director of the Association of Community Services Anne Towne.
