Arc of Howard County Opens Freshly Renovated Respite House
Arc of Howard County Executive Director Carol Beatty and Howard County Department of Housing And Community Development Director Stacey Spann offer remarks about the Arc's Respite Care house. After a 7 month renovation project, the house offers a fresher, friendlier, energy efficient place for children and adults with intellectual and development disabilities while their families are away.
