Social media is more than random postings on Facebook, Twitter and blogs. The Association of Community Services (ACS) is offering a 3-part series October 6, 20 and November 10 that addresses key elements of this increasing important marketing and fundraising tool. Targeted at non-profits, but appropriate for small businesses,Advancing Your Mission with Social Media
will teach attendees how to strategically plan, execute and measure the effectiveness of their social media efforts. The first session October 6, Defining Strategies and Policies, will focus on defining strategies and policies for social media. Attendees will learn how to create realistic and effective social media strategies and tactics and set goals. October 20 Promising Practices for Marketing and Fundraising the focus is on social media strategies and tactics for marketing and fundraising. The final session November 10, Evaluating the Impact, targets ways to evaluate the social media’s impact on an organization, and persuade leadership of its value.
All sessions presented by Nichole Kelly CEO of Full Frontal ROI, a full-service agency dedicated to helping organizations succeed through accountable social media strategies. Sessions will be held at Association of Community Services 10480 Little Patuxent Parkway, Suite 920 Columbia, MD 21044. Participants can sign for all three sessions at a discounted cost, or for individual sessions. Costs are $105 for the whole series for ACS members and $165 for non-members.
