HOWARD COUNTY CENTER FOR THE ARTS FEATURES TWO NEW EXHIBITS, Art HoCo 2009 and Time and Shuttles Fly: 60 Years, Weavers Guild of Greater Baltimore
Ellicott City, MD – The Howard County Arts Council announces the opening on October 29, 2009 of two new exhibits in the galleries at the Howard County Center for the Arts. Gallery I features the biennial multi-media juried exhibit Art HoCo 2009 with 49 works by 44 Howard County artists.
