Police Investigating Suspicious Fire In Columbia

Howard County police are investigating an incident where a deceased woman and a critically injured man were found following a fire in the apartment where they lived. Both appeared to have sustained injuries that were unrelated to the fire. Detectives are investigating the causes of the injuries.

Fire and rescue personnel responded to the 6000 block of Majors Lane in Columbia at 2:42 p.m. for a 911 call from a neighbor reporting a fire. …
