CCTA To Offer MASTER CLASS DAY on School Holiday

The Columbia Center for Theatrical Arts (CCTA) will offer a Master Class Day on October 19th from 9am-3pm for young actors in grades 5 - 8. The program falls on a Maryland public school holiday. This full-day workshop features 5 sessions designed to sharpen skills and build confidence -- topics have included everything from Stage Combat and Improv to Audition Technique and Comedic Acting! Brief Bio
Columbia Center for Theatrical Arts (CCTA) was founded in 1972 by Toby Orenstein at the invitation of visionary developer Jim Rouse. CCTA's mission is to educate through the arts by creating theatrical experiences that inspire thought, action, creativity and change. CCTA is dedicated to making these experiences available and accessible to as many member of the community as possible with an emphasis on reaching and nurturing all children regardless of gender, race, religion, ability, age or socioeconomic status.
