KINDNESS WORKS: An American Visionary Art Museum Outreach Exhibit at Howard County Center for the Arts

Beginning June 3, the Arts Council will host a special exhibit, KINDNESS WORKS. The American Visionary Art Museum and students from five Howard County National Art Honors Societies collaborated on this civility/anti-bullying project, creating canvas quilts promoting kindness and courage as part of an effort to help end bullying in schools and social circles. Exhibit Reception: Resident Visual Artists Exhibit 2013 & Beyond the Surface at Howard County Center for the Arts

The Arts Council will hold a reception for Resident Visual Artists Exhibit 2013 and Beyond the Surface  in conjunction with the Columbia Festival of the Arts, with entertainment by All County Improv at 6:30pm and Resident  Artists’ Open Studios from 7–8pm.
