George Pittman, 2012 Audrey Robbins Humanitarian Volunteer of the Year

George Pittman receives his Audrey Robbins Humanitarian Award for Volunteer of the Year. Pittman, a volunteer for 30+ years at Stevens Forest Elementary School, was honored for his science-related efforts including development of a Science Research Center. The Association of Community Services presented the 2012 Audrey Robbins Humanitarian Awards June 20. The awards, now in their 37th year, honor those who go beyond all expectations in their service to the Howard County community.
