Share 'Columbia Mall and the Homeless'

I have read a distressing article in the Washington Post ( http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2011/02/17/AR2011021706896.html) that indicates the Mall in Columbia is targeting our local homeless population and trying to ban them from the Mall.
