| Mike Keehan entered the Mortgage Business in 1989 with Perpetual Savings Bank in Greenbelt Maryland as a Loan Officer. He held various positions in the loan origination departments as a Production Manager, Branch Manager and currently holds the title of Vice President. He has worked for Perpetual Savings Bank, North American Mortgage Company, Chase Manhattan Mortgage leading up to this current position. Mike lends in all 50 states and offers financing on most any residential type home, including single family, townhouse, condominiums and 1-4 unit rental dwellings…with the emphasis on residential real estate. Presidential is a local bank based out of Bethesda Md., and his office is in Beltsville. |
Rob Foy - has lived in Maryland his entire life and has been a licensed real estate agent for the past 20 years. Prior to his career in residential real estate, Rob focused on construction management, sales and sales management. He has also owned several business and teaches Real Estate sales and is a Motivational Speaker and Business Coach. Rob lives in Howard County with his wife and two children.
