Event Description
Project Literacy is a signature educational initiative of Howard County Library System (HCLS). It provides adults with free instruction in basic reading, writing, and basic math skills.
Join us as HCLS recognizes students who completed the high school diploma program, received U.S. citizenship, maintained outstanding attendance, and/or attained significant educational gains. Volunteer tutors also will receive certificates of recognition. A reception will follow the ceremony.
